Molly at State Farm was absolutely exceptional! She helped me set up my new insurance coverage and made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my coverage and felt confident with my new policy.
What really stood out was how smooth she made the transition. Molly was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. There was no pressure or confusion, just excellent customer service and clear communication.
Switching insurance companies can sometimes feel like a hassle, but Molly made it one of the easiest experiences I’ve had. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and my decision to switch to State Farm. I highly recommend asking for Molly if you’re looking for someone who will take great care of you!"

I feel strongly that Tracy is a a fantastic employee with an incredible attitude.
It would be a shame not to recognize her for the fantastic work she does.
She did such a great job listening to me, actually paying attention to my words and remembered my needs, as we talked about life and created my policy to look exactly how I needed it.
I was quite impressed by her professional ability to display empathy, and her capacity for listening intently to hear rather than respond. She was delightful and a pleasure to speak to.
