"I just wanted to take a moment to leave an honest review about my experience with Tracy Mousa, one of the State Farm insurance sales persons.

I feel strongly that Tracy is a a fantastic employee with an incredible attitude.

It would be a shame not to recognize her for the fantastic work she does.

She did such a great job listening to me, actually paying attention to my words and remembered my needs, as we talked about life and created my policy to look exactly how I needed it.

I was quite impressed by her professional ability to display empathy, and her capacity for listening intently to hear rather than respond. She was delightful and a pleasure to speak to.
